Directions for Use

Antenatally: Massage daily into the perineal area starting at 34 weeks of pregnancy. 

Scares/Previous Tears of Episiotomy: Massage daily into the perineal area starting at 28 weeks of pregnancy, 

Postnatal Care: Apply to the perineal area up to 3 times a day to aid recovery from episiotomies or tears.
