Directions for Use

Antenatal Anxiety: Add 5 drops to a diffuser and replenish as needed. For a bath or birthing pool, mix 5 drops with 1/2 cup of any milk before adding it to the water.

Labour: Add 5 drops to a diffuser and replenish as needed or every hour

Postnatal: Add 5 drops to a diffuser and replenish as needed. This blend helps you ease into new family life with comfort and safety.
