TENS Hire Terms & Conditions
By hiring our TENS machines, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
By proceeding with the hire, you acknowledge and accept these terms, and will be asked to acknowledge that you have read them. Thank you for choosing Nurtured Me for your birth support needs.
Loss and Damage
- If the hired unit is lost, you will incur a charge of $180.
- Any legal costs associated with the recovery of the unit or the cost of the unit in the event of failure to pay will be your responsibility.
Late Returns
- A $50 late fee will be charged if the unit is not returned by the agreed return date.
